Woodlake Community Pool Complex

Aquatic Complex for the Woodlake Community Association. Woodlake is a large neighborhood in Chesterfield County with over 7,000 residents. The project scope included demolishing the existing pools and building two pools with one having an inflatable dome structure which allows for year-round swimming. Also included was a splash pad/pool combination, a new concrete pool deck, retaining walls, and ramps allowing ADA accessibility. Three support buildings were constructed that included meeting spaces, snack bar, locker rooms, offices and equipment rooms. The project was completed on a fast-tracked schedule to limit the downtime of the complex.
