University of Richmond – Jepson Hall & Heilman Dining Center

Project Profile

In Jepson Hall; the floor was raised almost 3ft in the front of a large tiered classroom. Space at the back of the room/adjacent rooms was used to create new offices and a conference room. The work was completed during the school year and was coordinated around classes/students.

In Heilman Dining Center, the food court in the dining hall was renovated including, All new tile floors, casework, lights, and wall finishes. This work was completed in a compressed summer schedule and was completed on time for returning students.
