Elijah House Academy

Project Profile

A new 12,000SF Multi-Purpose center for Elijah House Academy. The main center section of the building is a pre-engineered metal building structure and roof by Butler Manufacturing. The wings are conventionally metal framed structures. This project included a gym, stage, locker rooms, classrooms, office space, storage space, a soccer field, a greenspace quad, and a new parking lot. Through Pre-Construction Services, we were an active participant in the design, value engineering, and budgeting processes to keep the project within the budget. While working on an active campus, extra care was needed to keep the construction activities segregated from the School’s population and to keep minimal disruption to the School’s daily rhythms.
