Project Profile

25,300 SF manufacturing facility that includes an 8,800 SF warehouse addition. The original building included office and manufacturing spaces. It also included a dedicated 100,000-gallon fire suppression system storage tank and pump system. The building and the addition are both pre-engineered metal building systems with the steel structure, wall panels, and roof panels provided by Butler Manufacturing.
