We recently completed the 4th construction phase at Cristo Rey. This 12,000 SF latest phase included renovation of existing connector building including a main entrance addition, new elevator, administration space, offices, a learning commons space, and a classroom. It was a challenge to work between 2 other existing buildings that were occupied by the active school and that were built in different decades. The renovated connector building has 6 different finished floor elevations that tie the 2 other existing buildings together.
