Project Profile

Originally built in 1911, this project was a multi-phased complete interior demolition and renovation. It also included removing a section of the building to make room for a new elevator, basement classroom, and main entrance. Through Pre-Construction Services, we were an active participant in the design, value engineering, and budgeting processes to keep the project within the budget. Safety measures were put in place to ensure safety / segregation of the School’s population. We had limited staging areas and worked to minimize the impact on the active school, neighboring Church, and adjacent residential units.
